Baseline Sit n' Reach Trunk Flexibility Box - Deluxe

Perform Sit n' Reach tests with deluxe Baseline sit and reach trunk flexibility test. Scales include: fitness, program, Cooper Institute/YMCA, AAHPERD. Scales printed in inches and centimeters. Made of sturdy powder-coated metal construction with a built-in foot plate and a maximum stretch indicator that remains until reset. The deluxe model allows for the tests done with the standard model as well as modified Sit n' Reach tests. Modified testing protocols vary the scale start point; this normalizes scores to account for variation in the arm and leg length of the person being tested. The center channel is locked into place when the start point has been determined.
