At preset dosage times, the dispenser will automatically remind individuals when it is time for their medication and dispense pills for them. It is ideal for early stage Alzheimer™s or Parkinson™s patients because the automatic dispenser increases independence and keeps individuals living comfortably in their own homes. An alarm with a flashing red light will indicate when it™s time for medication. Individuals can program up to 6 alarms per day and the dispenser can be locked for security. The Automatic Pill Dispenser features six dosage rings for customized dosage settings, a custom barrel key for added safety, and a removable pill tray with 28 slots for medications. Four AA batteries are included.
